These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the client (“you” or “your”) and The Virtual Compass when entering a service relationship.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Service Engagement

All services begin only after mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and payment terms. A written proposal, quotation, or service agreement will be provided before any work starts.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Navigator (our virtual assistant) or team responsible for fulfilling the agreed-upon services.

Payments and Billing

  • Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Services may require full or partial payment upfront.

  • Accepted payment methods include secure online transfers or approved third-party platforms.

  • Late or incomplete payments may result in suspended or delayed services.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality and Data Security

We take confidentiality seriously. All information shared with The Virtual Compass is treated as private and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

Our Navigators follow strict confidentiality protocols and use secure tools to protect client data and communications.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth workflow, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to communication from assigned Navigators.

  • Avoid transmitting unauthorized, illegal, or harmful content.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines.

Service Modifications and Revisions

Revisions are available within the scope of the agreed service. Any significant change or new request outside of the original scope will require an additional quote or updated service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and templates created by The Virtual Compass remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Once full payment is received, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.

Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute The Virtual Compass’ proprietary materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide quality services, The Virtual Compass will not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to service use.

  • Business interruptions or damages caused by third-party tools or unforeseen events.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

  • Pending deliverables will be released once all dues are settled.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or misuse of our services.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At The Virtual Compass, client satisfaction is our priority.

  • Refunds are available only if the service has not yet been started or if a written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.

  • Once service delivery has begun or completed, refunds will not be issued.

  • If a client is dissatisfied, we will offer revisions or service credits where applicable.

All refund requests must be submitted to refunds@virtualcompass.sitefor review.
